Parish Development Model Household Registration System

I played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Parish Development Model Household Registration, a crucial component of the Government of Uganda's system for household data collection. Operating within the framework of the PDMIS (Parish Development Model Information System) under the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, this system serves as a foundational component, channelling data seamlessly into the financial inclusion system.
During the project, I assumed the role of supervisor, overseeing a team of 15 Sub-county supervisors during the successful pilot in Butebo District. My responsibilities extended to the facilitation of training for over 100 Data Clerks, ensuring their proficiency in executing the pilot program seamlessly. Additionally, I took charge of documenting the project, and meticulously drafting the system requirements and user manuals for this pivotal system, contributing to its successful implementation and integration within the broader government framework.
